Why the $700 Core Charge?

• We’ve added a $700 deposit during checkout to encourage you to send us back your old air disc brake caliper unit (the “core”). They’re like gold to us!

How to Get Your Deposit Back:

• 1. When you receive your shiny new remanufactured caliper, save the box!
•  
• 2. Put your old caliper in the box, close it up, and if you can, use stretch wrap for extra security.

Return Process:

We’ve got the shipping covered! No worries about that. But, if you prefer, you can use your own carrier to ship back the old core. That way, you won’t have to pay the $65 deducted for shipping and management fees.

Ready to Ship? Awesome! Here’s What to Do:

• Let us know when your box is packed and ready for pickup.
• We’ll send you a Bill of Lading. Print it out and give it to the transport company which has been booked on our end. (we’ve got recommendations or you can use your own).

When Will You Get Your Deposit Back?

• Once our technicians inspect and approve your returned core, we’ll refund your $700 deposit. Easy peasy!
